Using our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, guests and users of the Wonderfulspark Hotel & Casino website and physical venue. By making a reservation or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Agreement to terms.
By accessing our website, requesting information, making a reservation or entering our venue, you accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Booking and cancellation.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid form of identification and payment may be required. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms advised at the time of booking. No-shows may be charged in full.

Guest behaviour.
All guests must comply with our dress code, house rules and the directions of staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is disorderly, threatening or in violation of these terms.

- Solicitation or harassment
Fees and charges.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms of your booking. Additional charges may apply for services, damages or lost property.
Responsible gaming.
Gaming at Wonderfulspark is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. All gaming is conducted face-to-face in our physical venue. We support responsible gaming and provide access to support services for those who need them.

Limitation of liability.
Wonderfulspark is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, guest negligence or failure to follow instructions. Personal property is the responsibility of the guest.
